Production Time

Normal production time varies. Production will not begin until all order information including approval of art proof has been confirmed.

Rush Charges

All orders submitted allowing less than 7 business days for production not including shipping will incur a 10% rush charge with $25 minimum. Express shipping and expedited delivery charges necessary to meet a required delivery date are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must authorize express shipping.

Characteristics of Signs

Each sign is finished by hand. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, each product is unique and may have differences in final finish and color appearance. These qualities are inherent in the handcrafted processes and are not to be considered defects or reasons for replacements. Handcrafted pieces containing such qualities will be replaced only at customers expense. We make every attempt possible to create consistent quality of handmade products.

Shipping

Normal shipping service is UPS Ground. Please supply street address for shipping purposes.

Any shipping estimate provided at the time of order is only an estimate and not to be considered the final invoiced shipping & handling charge.  The final invoiced shipping & handling charge is determined based upon product type and quantity, packaging materials needed to secure products for shipment, and the order date/in-hand date requested by customer. We do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Order increase or decrease after estimate provided will change the final invoiced shipping & handling charge.  We are happy to ship using your shipper’s account number.

Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards, or business checks. Payment is due 15 days from invoice date.

Proofs

We require high resolution JPG, EPS or PDF logos to produce proofs. Failure to provide a usable logo will result in a delay of your order. We require an email address to send an electronic proof of your sign layout. Orders are not scheduled for production until we receive email confirmation of proof approval.

Sign Finish

All signs include protective finish and sawtooth hanger on back (except signs with posts or eyehooks). If sign will be outside 24 hours/day, please indicate  when ordering so heavy-duty polyurethane can be applied.

Return and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns on custom furniture, including footlockers, benches, counters, flooring, coat trees, coffee tables or any other custom built items. An estimate for any custom product order must be approved in writing prior to beginning production. The turnaround time for custom products varies.
